Macintosh Entourage 2004
This document describes the steps necessary to configure Macintosh Entourage
2004 to send and receive e-mail.
- Open Entourage 2004
- Go the the Tools menu
- Select Accounts...
- The Mail Preferences window will open.
- Select New
- Now the Account Setup Assistant will open.

- Step 1 Fill In Your Email Address. This is the email address
you created in your control panel.

- On this page just click the RIGHT arrow at the bottom to proceed to step
3.

- Enter the following information as listed:
- Your Name: This will appear on all outgoing messages.
- Email Address: The address you created in your control panel.
- Account ID : Your FULL email adress. Example: info@johndoe.com
- Password: The password you created when you created the
email account in the Control Panel.
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com or mail.megahosters.com
- Incoming Mail Server Type: Choose IMAP or POP. (Click
here for the difference)
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com or mail.megahosters.com
- Proceed to step 4 by clicking on the RIGHT arrow at the bottom of the box.

- Proceed to step 5 by clicking on the RIGHT arrow at the bottom of the box.
You do not need to varify your settings but it is up to you if you want to. Click
on the Verify My Settings button to check your email account setings and follow
through the steps.

- Give your account a name. This is only for the purpose of organizing
your accounts on your conputer. This can be whatever you want. Make sure the
boxes you see checked above are also checked on your settings.
- Click the FINISH button.
- Try to send and receive some email.
