Canceling Your Mega Hosters Account
Please submit any cancellation via email to our billing department. You can contact
our billing department by filling out the contact form on our
Contact
Us Page. Please note that ALL cancellations must be sent to us through email from the
email address you used when you signed up for hosting.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, account number, domain name, and email address. This information must be identical to the information
originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that
we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing
your order has not been charged. In the event that a cancellation
was submitted (via email), and your order was billed after, we
will gladly refund the complete balance charged. However,
if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was billed you
are still liable for that invoice amount to be paid in full. It is your
responsibility to cancel your account before your next re-billing date.
