Our control panel gives you to option to make your own backups of your entire website and databases. It will archive your files and provide you with a link to download the backup. You can then use this backup file to restore your account on our servers if need be.

We also do daily backups to an offsite location for security and piece of mind.

If you ever need to have a backup restored simply email us and we will retrieve it from our offsite backup sevrers. Keep in mind we only keep 5 days of backups at any given time.
